WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Intakes are $150, and each subsequent session is $120. Karen accepts Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and BCBS. If you are unsure of what your session cost will be, Karen can verify this is you contact her via email at karen@greenhousefrisco.com

WHAT DO I DO ONCE I GET THERE?

We usually start off getting to know each other, where you tell me some of what brings you into therapy, and I can explain some of what therapy will look like and we can decide if that is what you are wanting going forward. At the intake we can discuss the type of therapies you would be most comfortable with. All you have to do is show up, which is the hardest part.

CAN YOU SEE MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN MY FAMILY?

I do love working with families. What usually happens is we start with one person, and then see how comfortable they are having the same therapist as their family member. There are many opportunities for families to be involved in each other's care.
